MDT International - Terms & Conditions When you complete the course enrolment form, you are making us an offer to attend one or more training courses on the terms and conditions stated below. You can expect to receive a reply from us within 2 working days. When we acknowledge your enrolment, we are accepting your offer on these same terms and conditions. When we accept your offer, we have concluded with you a legally binding agreement subject to Scottish Law. We recommend that you print a copy of this page and retain this for your records. Terms & Conditions Fees include a comprehensive training manual. Lunch and refreshments are provided on each day. Fees do not include overnight hotel accommodation. We have negotiated special rates at each course venue for those who require overnight accommodation. Information about this will be sent to you when we accept your course enrolment. Payment When we accept your course booking, we will send you an invoice by email - we will not send invoices by post or any other method. The invoice we send you is due for immediate payment. We reserve the right to refuse admission to a training course in the event that the course fee has not been paid in full prior to the start of the course. Payment can be made by cheque payable to "MDT International Ltd ". Bank transfers can be made to Bank of Scotland, West End Branch, 501 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6DB, United Kingdom - Sort Code 80-05-17, Account Number 00499443. All fees are quoted and must be paid in GBP sterling. Any bank charges in connection with payment in sterling must be added to payments. Discounts A discount of 10% is given for 3 or more delegates from the same company attending the same course at the same venue and on the same dates. To qualify for any discount, payment must be made at the time of course booking. No discounts will be given for course bookings made or paid less than 28 days before the start date of a course. Cancellation If the individual(s) enrolled for a course is/are unable to attend, you are welcome to substitute delegates at the course. If this is unsuitable, any cancellations received 2 weeks or longer before the start of the course are subject to 50% refund if already paid. In the event of cancellation, any outstanding amount not already paid by your organisation to MDT International must be settled immediately in full. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the start of this course will not be refunded. In such event, and at our sole discretion, we can carry forward a fully paid enrolment one time to a future course. In the event that MDT International is unable for any reason to hold a course for which you have enrolled, you shall be informed approximately 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. In such an event, MDT International shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs incurred by those registered to attend.
