Every year, MDT International delivers tailored in-house training courses for operators, contractors, and service companies in many of the world's energy cities and oil and gas-producing territories.
In 2009 alone, MDT designed and ran in-house courses in Aberdeen, Accra, Adelaide, Bangkok, Cairo, Damascus, Edinburgh, The Hague, Houston, Jakarta, Kampala, Khartoum, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, London, Luanda, Mumbai, Muscat, Perth WA, Port of Spain and Vienna.
In-house training activities currently comprise around half of MDT International's workload, and managing director Drew Leitch reports continued high demand for these tailored training activities in early 2010.
"Clients appreciate that in-house courses offer the best of both worlds." he says. "From our open course experience, we bring the productive use of group dynamics, practical application of theory and personal access to some of the most experienced trainers in the industry, but in the case of in-house training we are also able to incorporate a more specific company focus."
MDT International in-house course material can be customised as required and is developed wherever possible in close consultation with client management and HR/training departments.
