The award of this diploma is recognition of your ability to:
  • supervise people to achieve results
  • communicate effectively inside and outside the organisation
  • manage and influence others and develop effective relationships
  • motivate, guide, coach and lead teams of people

Participants will be assessed by demonstrating their understanding of each subject by satisfactorily completing class assignments. These may consist of a combination of team and individual exercises, contributions to class discussions/debate, presentations, role plays and reports.

This diploma is aimed at those who are new to supervision and management in an international petroleum environment and who wish to develop their management skills.

You must satisfactorily complete study of the following core subjects which amount to 20 study credits.

You must satisfactorily complete study of subjects form the following list amounting to no less than 5 study credits. The subjects you choose may be influenced by a variety of factors including your intended career path and/or particular interest in the subject.
