We are a specialist independent training company serving the global oil and gas industry from our operational base in Aberdeen. We are completely international in our operations, running our courses in every major oil and gas territory in the world (to date, we have delivered courses in over 60 different countries).
We are highly focused on what we do, concentrate solely on training and operate from a strong core of long-term staff personnel who are totally committed to developing and delivering effective and enjoyable course experiences.
Our clients range from the largest operators to the smallest independents, and also include contractors, service companies, interested individuals, energy ministries, government agencies and regulatory authorities. In total, we have delivered training courses to over 200 oil-related companies and organisations from almost 100 different countries.
We are particularly proud of the high incidence of repeat bookings we get from long-term clients, and the positive feedback we get from the courses. We are highly responsive in our course design, and regularly deliver customised workshops and courses to meet individual client needs.
We deliver nearly 200 courses every year, on both an open and an in-house basis. The courses have all been developed in direct response to market demand, and are often designed to open up problematic “black box” issues in the industry.
Every course is evaluated in the light of participant comment, and we update content and format whenever necessary on a regular basis to ensure participants are only learning relevant and practical skills and insights.
And our courses are also designed to be memorable interactive experiences, where participants relish being able to benchmark their personal experiences, sample different company cultures and make new industry contacts.
All our trainers have a lengthy hands-on industrial or commercial track record in oil and gas, bringing many years of experience to the courses they run. And they are staff members of MDT International – not outside contractors, academics or consultants.
This enables them to tailor the course content, and field spontaneous questions, to make sure participants get the exact learning outcomes that they are looking for.
